New attendance options announced

Due to popular demand we've introduced one and two-day attendance options for CG2007. The full conference pricing still offers the best value but the new options should be helpful for people who can't attend the full three days of the event or who just want to attend one of our themed days.

CG2007 - people are talking

Steven Kelly of Metacase has been blogging about May's Code Generation 2007 event, saying that it "is looking like possibly the best DSM event to date". Steven should know as he's been intimately involved in the DSM scene for years, but we're too modest to agree.

Steve Cook of Microsoft has also blogged about his panel participation at CG2007. Steve will take part in the UML vs. Domain-Specific Languages - a false dichotomy?panel organised by Andrew Watson of OMG and expects controversy.

Finally, Jason Gorman has also mentioned the event on his Agile Software Process Improvement blog - although he seems to suggest that people interested in model-driven development should keep it to themselves - no worries Jason, we won't tell your mates if we see you at the event.

Visit the CG2007 Community page to see who else is talking about the event.

Code Generation 2007 - web site updates

We've spent some time updating and tidying up the Code Generation 2007 web site. There's a new page for people to see and suggest Birds of a Feather sessions. These are informal sessions to let you meet people who are interested in spending time discussing a shared interest. We'll collect any suggestions we receive in advance of the conference on this new page but people are free to suggest additional sessions once they join the event. There's also a new Community page where we'll gather links to people who are talking about the event in blogs or their web site etc. Mail me if you've said something about the event and would like a link added to this page. Finally, there's a new Social events page where there's (a little) more information on the conference social activities. More information will follow as details of these are fleshed out nearer the conference.
