What's included
- Participation in the event programme according to the package booked.
- Buffet lunch on each day of the event.
- Tea / coffee at scheduled breaks as noted on the programme.
- Delegate Pack
- Participation in both evening's social events for 3 day conference package. Participation in Wednesday evening's social event for Wednesday / Thursday conference package and Conference Dinner for Thursday / Friday conference package. Social events not included for 1 day conference packages.
What's not included
Anything not listed above! Specifically - note that you are responsible for arranging and paying for your own accommodation, travel and other expenses for attending the conference.
Participants
Where a discounted conference fee is claimed for partner membership we reserve the right to contact the partner to confirm eligibility
NB Due to the strict limit on conference places, participants who need a visa to travel to the conference will be asked to provide evidence that they have already secured a visa when booking by credit card. Due to cancellations in prevous years our policy is to not provide letters of support for participants requiring a visa. We apologise to bona fide participants affected by this policy.
Session Leaders
Session leaders pay no conference fees. However, as a session leader you are still responsible for arranging and paying for your own accommodation, travel and other expenses for the conference.

As a session leader you are responsible for arranging and paying for your own accommodation, travel and other expenses for the conference.
For 45 and 60 minute sessions, only the first named session leader pays no conference fees. Other session leaders must pay the non-session leader attendance fee.
For sessions longer than 60 minutes, only the first two named leaders will pay no conference fees. Other session leaders must pay the non-session leader attendance fee.
Inclusion of a session in the conference programme will be at the sole discretion of the conference organisers. By agreeing to have your session included in the programme you agree to participate in the conference and in all pre-conference quality control activities as deemed necessary by the conference organisers.
The organisers reserve the right to remove a session from the programme at any time. Session leaders will no longer be eligible for free entry to the conference and so will have to pay the current non-session leader rate if they wish to participate in the conference. The organisers will not be responsible for payment of any kind on behalf of the session leader in this event.
DATA POLICY
We need to hold information you provide on computer databases for administrative purposes. Summary information, which could include contact data, will be published for all session leaders. Information about participants will be made available to organisations involved in administering, organising or supporting the event and this may include organisations outside the EC.
You may email to request that your data is not used for direct marketing purposes by either the organisers or third parties supporting the event.
OTHER
Session content is copyright the respective session presenters unless otherwise noted - while we encourage people to spread the word about what's happening at the event please use your discretion and common-sense when reproducing session content or discussing the event e.g. by way of photos, blog entries, Twitter etc.
The organisers are not responsible for the views or opinions expressed by session leaders, sponsors, or participants.
